Cloud Hosting


Invoiced in advance each month after signing up. You are responsible for any taxes; VAT is applied to the services.


You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at info@magsted.com. The cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Magsted HQ reserves the right to terminate a customer with appropriate notice if violations of the terms occur.

Data Protection:

Magsted HQ will process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.

30 days of free cloud hosting upon commencement of image processing.

We offer 30 days of free cloud hosting to our customers. After this period, there will be a fee for continued hosting unless otherwise agreed upon.

Changes to services or terms We reserve the right to make changes to our services, company policies, and these terms and conditions. You will be notified in advance of significant changes. Notices pursuant to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website or sent to your designated email address.

Limitation of liability Unless required by law, Magsted HQ or our subcontractors are not liable for data loss, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Force majeure We are not responsible for delays or failures in fulfilling obligations under these terms if the delay or fulfillment is due to events beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Choice of law and dispute resolution These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be referred to and determined by a Danish court.

Backup & Lagring: Levering af hardware og forbindelse til at muliggøre fjernlagring og hentning af klientdata.

Service Aftale beskrevet i dette dokument vil gælde for alle kunder, hvor de ovennævnte tjenester leveres af Magsted HQ.

Terms for Image Management

Images and Edits You are responsible for the images you submit to us and warrant that you have the legal authority to use them. Ownership of the submitted and edited images always remains with you. We will review submitted images for inappropriate material and reserve the right to reject any image for any reason. The edited images are considered accepted upon download, unless you contact us within seven (7) days with information about any errors regarding your instructions. We will rectify the errors and prioritize returning the images to you.

Delivery and Download We will prioritize orders based on the desired delivery time and endeavor to deliver within the requested timeframe, however, without guarantee. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for download via our website. The images will be deleted from our system fourteen (30) days after your download and acceptance of the delivery.

Order Cancellation A standard order with 42 hours delivery can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. An express order with either 10 or 4 hours delivery can be canceled within 30 minutes from the time of ordering.

Payment Payment terms for credit cards are regulated by the card issuer. When purchasing on invoice, we reserve the right to request a credit report. Collection and processing of your personal data and credit information are necessary to process your credit request. Payment must be made to Magsted as indicated on the invoice or as agreed and be available no later than the due date. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent to you, and legal collection costs will be incurred for further delay. Prepaid credits can be purchased with a payment card, where the purchase is regulated by the card issuer. The validity of the credits depends on whether you have an active account.

Managed Cloud Servers

Support for issues related to third parties and operating system problems is not covered by the service as it is not related to the server’s function.

Network Guarantee Datacentreplus provides a 99.99%* connectivity guarantee for all Datacenter customers.

*Network unavailability will not include service loss caused by:

a) Scheduled network maintenance. b) Client actions or omissions. c) Use of client software applications. d) Client equipment failure or incorrect local setup. e) Use of the service in violation of our terms and conditions.
